Centos 7: mysql_safe command not found

For operating systems that support systemctl, mysql no longer has the mysql_safe option because this change can also be supported by systemctl.
The following example applies to perform the same operation as mysql_safe

[root@Centos7~]$ systemctl stop mysqld
[root@Centos7 ~]$ systemctl set-environment MYSQLD_OPTS="--skip-grant-tables"
[root@Centos7 ~]$ systemctl start mysqld
[root@Centos7 ~]$ mysql -u root
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 7
Server version: 8.0.15 MySQL Community Server - GPL

To return to the previous settings, follow the steps
